ok, but seriously, i must focus! i've been playing around on the internet since i got to work! i guess it's been a good 1 1/2 hours ot play time. maybe that should be my fasting choice? to limit the number of hours i surf the net? of course, that's discluding work related time, because that's 80% of my internet usage! i feel alive today. it's the type of awakened feeling that stirs a need to get up and do something about it. like, my mind and spirit want to soar free and enjoy the beautiful day. buttttttttttttt i'm here working instead. but hey, it's a part of my time here and this is where i'm called to be for today. sooooooooooo, i need to channel that energy and make the best of where i am RIGHT NOW. i'll work on spreading my wings on the weekend, or at least until the month is over! thank you lord...for saving me. i owe you my life.
